Freedom of Information Act 2000 request – Cornish Minority Impact Assessment

The Cornwall Branch of the Celtic League has written to the Principal Officer at Cornwall Council Planning Department and to the Portfolio Holder for Planning at Cornwall Council, Cllr. Edwina Hannaford, with the following request, submitted under the terms of the UK Freedom of Information Act, 2000 and with reference to the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and associated announcements requesting and requiring Cornwall Council to provide or otherwise make available the minority impact assessment on the Cornish minority by the Council’s existent, ongoing and proposed development plans.

The wording of the communication follows hereunder:
